please inspect your items upon arrival of packages for any reason, you may have any issue with your item contact a Laced with Glam member within 24 hrs a customer service representative will gladly take care of you.

To be eligible for a return:

*purchased at Laced with Glam

*have original factory condition with tags,labeled attached and intact

*unwashed,unworn,undamaged,(including same packaging)

*odor free and residue free

*return must be requested within 7 business days and listed on invoice

*If item is requested after 7 business days Laced will inspect item and if qualified issue a store credit for equal or lessor value

*Any merchandise purchased at reduced price or clearance price are FINAL SALE, SWIMWEAR, ACCESSORIES, GARMENTS ARE FINAL SALE AND NO RETURNS.......
